Located at 9500 Euclid Ave, Cleveland, OH 44195, Cleveland Clinic Main Campus operates as a hospital serving Cleveland in Ohio. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
In Cleveland, urgent care centers are busiest on weekends and evenings when doctors' offices are closed, and most post their wait times online. Across Ohio, primary care practices often have a waitlist for new patients, so establishing care before you need it saves time. For a dental emergency outside office hours, an urgent care center can prescribe antibiotics and pain relief but cannot fix the tooth; a hospital emergency room can treat swelling that affects breathing or swallowing. Check the listing for insurance, hours and whether telehealth visits are offered.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open Open 24 hours. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. Cleveland is in Ohio, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. Getting around Cleveland is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Ohio's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

CLE Clinic is terrible. Go elsewhere. They have very few General Practitioners taking new patients. You wait for months, and if you manage to get in, your provider will likely leave the practice before your next appointment. This happened to me multiple times. I had a primary care physician, and they left. I scheduled with another primary care physician, but that doc left before I even had the chance to see them. My spouse and mother are also dealing with the same situation with the same doctors. I then found a third primary care physician, who postponed my appointment right before it was scheduled. Then two days before that rescheduled appointment, the Clinic called to tell me this same doctor was extending leave again and could only see me two months from now. By that point, I had already been waiting six months just to get another primary care provider. Iโve seen this movie before โ this doctor is going to leave the Clinic soon, just like the last two docs. Iโm also overdue for diagnostics but canโt get in to see a primary care physician to schedule them. Every time I try, Iโm pushed back again and again. Why are all these doctors quitting? They leave all the time,

Cleveland Clinic Main Campus is an outstanding medical facility. I had open heart surgery here with Dr. Vargo, and everything went exactly as planned from start to finish. The entire team was professional, calm, and incredibly supportive throughout the process. My recovery was smooth, and I was able to return to full health without complications. The level of expertise and coordination across the staff was exceptional, and I always felt I was in the best possible hands. Iโm deeply grateful for the care I received and highly recommend Cleveland Clinic Main Campus for anyone needing serious cardiac treatment.

I sought behavioral health care during a very difficult time in my life, hoping to find support, guidance, and a provider I could trust. Unfortunately, my experience with Joy King left me feeling unheard and unsupported. I understand that not every provider is the right fit for every patient. However, when I expressed concerns and struggled to feel comfortable opening up, I did not feel those concerns were truly acknowledged. Mental health treatment requires trust, and for me, that trust never developed. What was most disappointing was feeling that my perspective and concerns were not fully understood. As a patient seeking help during a vulnerable period, I needed empathy, communication, and a sense that my voice mattered in my own care. As a result of this experience, I am now in the difficult position of having to seek behavioral health care outside of the clinic. Finding help when you're already struggling can be overwhelming, and this experience has made that process even more discouraging. Reaching out for mental health support takes courage, and feeling unheard when you do can be incredibly disheartening. I am sharing my experience in the hope that future patients are met

My elderly mother has been a patient at Cleveland Clinic multiple times over the past several months, and until this most recent admission, our experiences had consistently been positive. Unfortunately, this latest stay in H80 was very concerning and did not reflect the level of care we had come to expect. One particularly alarming incident involved a nurse named Zoran. When I called for an update on my mother, I was given information about an entirely different patient. As my motherโs Power of Attorney and primary caregiver, this was deeply troublingโnot only from a privacy standpoint but also because it caused unnecessary confusion and distress about my motherโs condition. Additionally, during this admission, my motherโs attending physician made the decision to reduce her insulin by six units without any communication with me. In every prior hospitalization, physicians consistently kept me informed and involved in care decisions. This time, there was no outreach whatsoever, which is unacceptable given my role in managing her health. I do want to acknowledge that the nurse practitioner who did speak with me was excellentโprofessional, communicative, and compassionate. However,

10 Stars! I wish I could rate this review higher. Our experience with the clinic has been fabulous. The pre-intake staff helped advocate to get our family member accepted as a patient. They helped convince the less experienced staff at our local hospital to make the timely transfer. Our family member got the care needed and the health management throughout the stay was excellent - Doctors, nurses, cleaning staff, and everyone. Highly recommend starting here or transferring here.
